Hello there, Michelle here!!! I'm sharing two cards with a throwback to some previously released stamps and dies...Penguins Wanna Have Fun Stamps and Coordinating Dies, and Glacier Scenery Stamps and Coordinating Dies.
It's no secret, I love the Mini Slim Line Double Stitched Rectangles Dies. I combined it with the stamp set More of the Best Hugs Ever.
For this card I used the tiny stamps from the stamp set Penguins Wanna Have Fun and created a fun background.
I colored the images with Copic Markers and added lots of stickles glitter glue.
Thanks for stopping by for a peek!

Hello everyone!! I'm Laura and I'm very excited to make my second post on the Picket Fence Studios blog showing this rainbow card that I hope will inspire you!
To start I cut several pieces of the "Rainbow Slimline Die Cutting System Insert" out of white cardboard and then painted them with alcohol markers. I wanted to give prominence to the rainbow in the center so I painted it in stronger colors and the rest in pastel tones.
Then I prepared the background: for this I used a light blue cardboard simulating a sky that I pasted on a white cardboard and a black one to make a frame! 😊
Next I cut out the sentiment using the "Happy Day Word Topper Die" in black and white colors to make it stand out...
Finally I prepared the composition, glued all the pieces and added some "Gems Mixes Fire" and "Gems Mixes Oceans of Green" to give it a more glamorous touch.
I hope you like it and that it inspires you, I remember that you can find all these products and many others in the Picket Fence Studios store.
A huge kiss and until next time!

Good morning. Nancy here to share a masculine get well card.
After stamping the Duct Tape Can Fix Anything image onto Copic friendly cardstock, I cut out the panel with a stitched edge die and then colored the image with original duct tape colors using Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment from the set below the image using kraft ink, then stamped the sentiment from the Speedy Recovery set using black ink. The image panel was attached to a patterned paper background using the fabulous double sided Foam Tape.
Copics: C00, C1, C3, E40, E70, E71
I usually have such a hard time with masculine cards but this image made it so easy. Every man I know uses duct tape!

Hello all dear friends, I am happy to start the week here on the blog with my inspiration. Usually for my cards I choose the stamp first and then the sentiment, this time I did the opposite and tried to emphasize the phrase.
For the sentiment I used the set Speedy Recovery . This fantastic rose from the set Budding Roses I colored it with watercolors, And I decorated with Sequin mix Pink bottlecap flowers to give a touch of light. I hope you like it!!! Have a wonderful week, see you next time!!! Claudia

Hello! I would like to share a shadow box card featuring the More of a Fishy Lot stamp set, You were Mermaid for Me stamp set, and Slim Line Ocean Stencil of Picket Fence Studios. This card can fit into an A2 envelope. The card size is 3 1/2 inches wide, 6 inches tall, and 1 inch deep.First, I made the shadow box's back frame as below the diagram.
I stamped the underwater scene stamp with black hybrid ink on the bottom of the paper, stamp the ocean wave image (from the You were Mermaid for Me stamp set) with Versa watermark ink, and then, applied white embossing powder and heat set it.For the background - I added the slimline Ocean stencil with distress oxide Tumbled Glass and Chipped Sapphire ink. I colored the bottom of the ocean scene with alcohol makers. then stamped one more layer of the bottom of the ocean scene to colored with makers.
I used the acetate strip to attach the dolphin and fishes to float in the box.
I used the mini slimline double stitched rectangle dies to make a window frame then, added acetate on back of the window frame.
I hope you like my shadow box card design and it inspires you.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Happy Stamping!

Drop By To Say Croak Scene Building

Hello friends!Today is such a special day for me! My first blog post as a design team member for Picket Fence Studios. I have to say that I am pretty excited about this adventure, and I am most thrilled about being able to share all of my projects with you all.I am sharing this one layered card I created using some new and old products from the shop for today’s project. The May 2022 release is absolutely amazing alone, but I think pairing them with older stamps and die sets can make them shine!
I created this card using the masking technique, and I know that the technique can be quite daunting, but once you get the hang of masking, it becomes pretty easy to master.I masked and stamped the adorable characters from Drop By To Say Croak stamp set with PFS Black Hybrid Ink and colored it with alcohol markers. I like using this ink pad because the ink works great with just about any medium. It’s wonderful with alcohol markers.
To create the water scene, I used the Slim Line Ocean Stencil with my PFS Life Changing Blender Brushes and Distressed Oxide Inks in shades of blues and green. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Play Is Good stamp set in white with my heat tool. There are so many different elements in this scene, and I think the best part is looking through your stash and adding additional components to your scene with what you have on hand. For example, I added more to my scene building by using an older set called Pond Scenery. This card was undoubtedly labor-intensive in masking and coloring, but I think that’s the best part. It makes the card that much more meaningful. Don’t you agree? Finally, I adhered it to a top folding card base to finish off the card. And that completes the card! I hope you found some inspiration and make time to craft. Until next time!Have a wonderfully blessed day,Theary Chea

Hi there! Eugy here, and I’m super excited about my first post on PFS Blog! But first, a quick reminder that we have a Memorial Day sale next days.
Today I’m sharing two 10-minute cards featuring Grunge Foliage seamless stamp from the May release. For these cards I wanted a calm and cozy design with some bright accents, so I chose Shabby Shutters and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide inks and a silver glitter cardstock.
For my first card, I stamped the image in two colors, which I blended with Life Changing Blender Brushes before stamping. Then I cut the images and glitter card stock using circle dies from Slim Line Scallop Frames Die set.
I paired circles and frames and set them on white card base using glue, but for my central element I used 3d foam squares. Next I cut off the excess and added a sentiment on it.
For the second card I wanted to create an negative effect to have two contrasting cards. After I stamped a seamless pattern and emboss it with white powder, I added color using Life Changing Blender Brushes.
And finally, I added a stripe of glitter cardstock and a sentiment on framed circle from the same die set I used for my first card.
I hope you enjoy these two quick cards, go check our Memorial Day sale and have a great weekend!

Hello there, Lisa here with you today. I hope that you are all well! Today I have a card to share with you using the new Speedy Recovery stamp set, along with the A2 Blooming Iris stencil which was released last month. I didn't get a chance to use the stencil last month and as soon as I saw the Speedy Recovery set, I knew that I would pair them up. I love the way, in real life, iris's stand tall and strong and that's why I thought they would go well together.
I began by spraying Pixie Spray onto the back of the stencil and letting it sit for a minute or so. I then secured it to a panel of 80lb white cardstock. Using Life Changing Blender Brushes I blended Altenew Inks through the stencil. For the stems I used Moss and Olive; the flowers were inked with Lavender Fields and Deep Iris and the centres with Warm Sunshine. I did mask off areas as I went so that I got a crisp image without too much contamination of colour in other areas.
I then did a little bit of pencil colouring over the inks to deepen some of the areas and I used Faber Castell Polychromos Olive Green Yellowish (173) and Mauve (249) for that.
Next, I smooshed some Black Soot Distress Ink onto my glass mat, spritzed it with a little bit of water and then flicked some splatter over the panel. I left it to dry and then I popped it into the MISTI. Using Black Hybrid Ink, I double stamped the Stay Strong sentiment from Speedy Recovery.
To finish the card I adhered a few Iridescent Moonshine Sequins using wet adhesive and then added the panel onto a top folding A2 heavyweight note card. That brings me to the end of the card. I always enjoy using stencils whatever the medium. I hope that you get some time to craft today and maybe ink up a stencil or two yourselves. Until next time, have a great day!

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a mini slim line card using the new Grunge Foliage stamp set. I am sold on the mini slim line design and the Picket Fence Mini Slim Line Double Stitched Rectangles Die Cutting System is my absolute favorite go to!!!
I use my Misti to do all my stamping and it comes in very handy for the seamless stamps. After I stamped the background with Goddess Green Ink on 3 ink, I added some paint splatter to the kraft cardstock panel. When dried, I aasembled the panels to the card base. I propped up the layer between the green cardstock and black card base with Foam Tape. I embossed the perfect sentiment, Kindness Matters, from the stamp set Fancy Daily Sentiments and Coordinating Die with silver embossing powder.
Some finishing touches include Green Seas Sequin Mix and black twine.
Thanks so much for stopping by for a peek!!! Hope you have a great week!

Hello everyone!! I'm Laura and I'm very excited to make my first post on the Picket Fence Studios blog showing this Mix Media card that I hope will inspire you!
First I started stamping the "Iconic Beauty Scarlett" stamp with the "Black hybrid ink pad" which has a great definition!! Next I painted the girl with alcohol markers, and then I used a fine black marker and a white marker to highlight the details.
Now we will prepare the background: for this I used a beige cardboard to which I added the "Grunge wall 6x6 stencil" with distress oxide Fired Brick ink. I also added the "Iconic Beauty Scarlett" stamp sentiment and "Slimline hexagon Randomness" to the background using the "Black hybrid ink pad" again. Finally, I cut the "Thank You Word Topper Die" out of gold cardboard and prepared the composition by gluing all the pieces together. To finish I added some decorations with the "Gems mix fire" and the "Sequin mix Heart Breaker" to give it a more Chik touch.
I hope you like it and that it inspires you, I remember that you can find all these products and many others in the Picket Fence Studios store.A huge kiss and until next time!Laura

Good morning fellow papercrafters. Nancy here to share a card which was actually a last minute project for the May release and it turned out to be my favorite of the bunch.
I used one of the rectangle dies from the Slim Line Nested Rectangles Die set to cut three openings in white cardstock piece. I flipped it over and added a piece of acetate, then used the fabulous Foam Tape around each opening to create my shaker sandwich. I filled each opening with a combination of the new Stars and Stripes Sequins Plus along with some Shaker Garnish in Metallic Red, Opaque White and Metallic Blue and a few Crystalline Diamonds in Ruby Red, Diamond and Azurite. I tried not to over fill but I really enjoyed mixing it up. After I was satisfied with my mixtures, I placed another piece of thin cardstock over the piece to enclose my shaker pieces.
I stamped the letter images and the sentiment from the Peach and Piper Check the Post set onto a red cardstock circle, then white heat embossed it. Before attaching the stamped piece to the card front I wrapped postage colored twine around the shaker. A few more pieces from the Stars and Stripes Sequin Mix finished it up.
Let's all send some happy mail this week!

Hello everyone dear friends, I am so happy to present you my card today and to tell you about the fantastic May release full of unique items. One of my favorite stamps is BE SURE TO SOAR and as soon as I saw it I was inspired to make a card with the silhouette technique, which I love.
I prepared the background with warm colors in shades of orange and die-cut
A TREE DIE and SLIM LINE SHORT GRASS with black cardstock. I think the background with the moon highlights these adorable little birds, the sentiment is in the same set. To complete, I used SEQUIN MIX GREEN SEASI hope you enjoy my inspiration.
The 7 in 7 event is back this month and we have new design team members joining us and sharing their fabulous styles and techniques. We also have a daily GIVEAWAY each evening in the Faacebook group!!!

Hello Friends,
Today I have a card to share with you using the Current of Fish Stencil and Gold Rose Glaze.
I colored three different blue colors of water coloring on the watercolor paper first, and dry it completely.
This current of fish stencil is 6 x 6 size, taped the stencil from behind of water-colored paper.
Using a mixed media spatula, I applied a paper Glaze Gold Rose.
I removed the stencil, cleaned it and the spatula and set the panel aside to dry.
I guess it might be not easy to color with water color for the beginner. but it is very easy to do stencil.
I want to have some dimension to the word die-cut,I would have die cut the hello there die a third on white card stock and added it on top. I think having a bit of dimension really helps to make it stand out.
I hope enjoyed this project, Thank you for stopping by! I will be a card with new release next month!
Happy Crafting!
