Hey cardmaking friends, welcome back, it's Sandi MacIver here.  Today I have a Picket Fence Studios Dandelion Delight and Shimmer Powder card to share with you and the Embossed Resist Technique which is a fast and fun way to create fabulous backgrounds on your cards. Shimmer Powders are from Tonic Studios and come in a dozen beautiful colors.  For today's card I used the Falling Leaves and Blue Blitz.
