Let Your Dreams Take Flight

Happy Wednesday, friends!! Brenda here with an encouragement card featuring the You're On the Way Up! Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies!! This stamp set is full of "uplifting" sentiments and with three hot air balloons to mix and match!! (Save 10% by purchasing the bundle.) I started by stamping the two largest hot air balloons and the clouds in the You're On the Way Up Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. I added dots to the centers of the flowers with a yellow gel pen. For the background, I die-cut the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and blended Tumbled Glass Distress Ink onto the edges with a blender brush. I added vellum over a panel of pattern paper from the Cotton Candy Cloud Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts Pack and adhered it to the back of the cloud die-cut with liquid glue. The clouds were adhered with liquid glue and the balloons were popped up with foam tape. The sentiment, also from the You're On Your Way Up! Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. Peek A Boo Balloons

Hello there! It's Andrea here sharing a card featuring the new Hot Air Balloon Sighting stamp from Picket Fence Studios. Aren't those heart-shaped balloons from the Hot Air Balloon Sighting set sweet?! I just love them peeking out from that cloud frame! The image is one large stamp, so there's no masking or anything - yay! I stamped the image in the center of a panel of white cardstock and colored it with Copics. I added highlights with a white gel pen, which make the balloons even sweeter, I think. To frame the image, I used the new A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Dies. I diecut the cloud frame from both white and glitter cardstocks. After trimming the glitter frame on the short sides, I offset them under the white border. I adhered the layered frame onto my colored image with foam tape. My sentiment is from the Swanky Sentiments: Salutations set. I stamped it in black ink, diecut it with the coordinating dies, and popped it up with foam. I finished the card with a scattering of Moonshine sequins. Sending You Lots of Love

Hello, Picket Fence friends and happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! Brenda here with a card featuring the adorable Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set and the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate Die!! I started by stamping the darling girl in the hot air balloon, clouds, banners and birds in the Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. For the background, I die-cut the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and blended a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink onto it using a blender brush. I blended the same ink onto another panel of white cardstock and adhered the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate die-cut over it using liquid glue. The Copic-colored die-cut images were adhered, also using liquid adhesive. The sentiment, also from the Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. A combination of Carnival Day and Taking Off sequin mixes finish off the card. Hot Air Ballon Shaker

Hi there! It’s Andrea with you to share a colorful card featuring new goodies from Picket Fence Studios! Isn’t that hot air balloon fun?! I created it with the new Hot Air Balloon Dies, which coordinate perfectly with the new A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Dies that I used for my shaker frame. I started by diecutting white cardstock with the Hot Air Balloon Dies. I placed each piece onto the 4x4 Paper Inking Palette and colored them with dye inks that I applied with the Life Changing Blender Brushes. I assembled the balloon with liquid adhesive and added highlights with a white gel pen. That awesome background is from the Adventures in Hot Air Ballooning Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts. To frame the panel, I diecut white cardstock with the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Dies. I blended the diecut with pink ink and added splatters of water. I backed the cloud diecut with clear acetate and a layer of foam tape and used the new Carnival Day sequin mix for my shaker. For my sentiment I combined the Swanky Sentiments: Salutations stamp with the Hot Air Balloons Sighting set. I heat-embossed “hello” from the Swanky Sentiments set in gold onto white cardstock and diecut it with the coordinating dies. I white heat-embossed the supporting sentiment from the Hot Air Balloons Sighting set onto pink cardstock and trimmed it down.
