Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you enjoyed ringing in the new year!  Did you make any New Year's resolutions?  I didn't because I have always felt like the new year starts when my kids head back to school.  Even though my kids are older now, I still make changes and life adjustments in the Fall.  Therefore, when January comes along hopefully I am rolling right along!  One change I made this past Fall was to start eating better.  My goal was to look better but I ended up with a far greater benefit.  I feel better!  Now I feel like I am living in...
