News — Fancy Flourishes Stencil

Hello, crafty friends! Michelle here today, and seeing as it is my parents' wedding anniversary tomorrow, I couldn't resist but share this card with you today. I used the Fancy Flourish Stencil on a piece of black cardstock, along with Paper Glazes in Snowdrop White and Golden Rose. I stamped and gold embossed the sentiment from Fancy Sentiments onto a strip of black cardstock, then mounted this entire panel onto a mat of gold mirror cardstock, before adding it to a square white card base. I added some sequins as a finishing touch. Thanks for visiting :)

The new Paper Glaze at Picket Fence Studios is so much fun to work with! This is the Snowdrop White on red cardstock with the Always Word Die and Fancy Flourishes Stencil. I taped my stencil down with Purple Tape, and then used a palette knife to apply the glaze. You have to work fairly quickly, as it dries quickly! Once completely dry, I adhered my word die (cut from Silver Metallic cardstock, and backed with red and gray cardstock) and some fun clear rhinestones for added shine!
