Thank You - Blooming Trumpet Flowers
by Brenda Noelke on Jun 05 2024
Hello, crafty friends!! I hope you are all doing well!! Brenda here with a thank you card featuring the gorgeous Blooming Trumpet Flowers Stamp Set, along with a few other goodies from the latest May release!!
I began by stamping the flower and leaves from the Blooming Trumpet Flowers Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added dots to the stamen with a yellow gel pen, then cut them out with the Coordinating Dies.
Next, I die-cut a panel of white cardstock with the smallest die in the A2 Rectangle Layering Die Set. I stenciled Paper Glaze Luxe: Twinkle Lights - Purple onto the panel through the You Make the World Shimmer A2 Stencil with a palette knife. Once dry, it was adhered to a panel of purple gingham cardstock from the Sweet Gingham Fabulous Glossy Cardstock Pack.
The sentiment, also from the Blooming Trumpet Flowers Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. The sentiment, flowers and leaves were all popped up with foam tape. Sequins from the Razzle Dazzle and All About the Purple sequin mixes finish off the card.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Have a fabulous Wednesday!!

Hello, again! It's Andrea back with another floral card. I seriously cannot get enough of the March release!
The feature image of my card is from the new Like a Wildflower stamp set. After stamping it with Black Hybrid Ink, I colored it with Copics and cut it out.
To create my background, I diecut white cardstock with the A2 Rectangles for Card Layering Dies. I backed the piece with pale yellow cardstock and adhered it to a white card.
I applied Blue Paper Glaze Luxe from the Nature Sampler Set to white cardstock and allowed it to dry. Next, I diecut the panel, along with vellum and white cardstock, with the Garden Topper Cover Plate Die, focusing on the foliage on one end of the die. After adhering my colored image to my card with foam, I tucked the diecut sprigs underneath, securing them with liquid adhesive.
I stamped a sentiment from Like a Wildflower with Black Hybrid Ink and diecut it with an oval die from the new Basic Die Cutting Die Set 1. I popped up the sentiment with foam squares and finished with a few clear drops.
