May Guest Designer | Carrie Rhoades

Our second guest designer for June is Carrie Rhoades (@carrierhoades). Carrie loves shaker cards, so we knew she'd be a great fit with all of our fun shaker dies this month! Here's a little about Carrie in her own words:
'Hi, Carrie Rhoades here from www.carriestamps.com . I have been a crafty girl for as long as I can remember. Crayola and I were besties. I have since upgraded to Copics, but my love for coloring and paper crafting remains the same. I have made sharing my creations into a career that I love. Sharing what I make and the joy of being creative with others is my passion. My current favorite thing to make is Shaker cards. My all time favorite thing to make is my own backgrounds. I also enjoy creating cute things out of paper that are not cards. My creations are usually bold, bright, full of color and lots of detail. But I have to say the best part of this crafting community has been the friendships I have made. There is something about our common love of paper that brings us together. Happy Stamping!"

May Guest Designer | Ricky Bromero

Our first guest designer this month, is a familiar face - Ricky Burton-Romero (@Bromero Cards). Ricky joined us last year, and he's back again to share some of his fun graphic cards with us. Here's a little about him, in his own words:
"Ricky Burton-Romero has been making greeting cards for over 6 years. What started out with adult coloring has led him to many crafting opportunities. Ricky's cardmaking style ranges from clean and simple to a full-on story on the front of his cards. In addition, he enjoys ink blending and Copic coloring for most techniques. Ricky is married to his husband Tony and has two dogs named Ivy and Imogene. As an avid animal lover, he volunteers for organizations like Live Like Roo and Wild Hearts, both based in Chicago. Each year he hosts a card drive to help an animal organization in need. Last year he raised over $5,000 for Live Like Roo doing a virtual 5k. We're pleased to introduce our second guest designer for April, Julee Tilman! Here's a little about Julee in her own words.
"Hi crafty friends! My name is Julee Tilman and I’m so excited to be a guest designer this month! I’ve been stamping since the early 90’s and blogging my creations since 2007 over on my blog Poetic Artistry. My style is a little bit of everything… you name the crafty style I’ve probably tried it and loved it. Whatever I create, it’s sure to have a lot of color, and often a lot of layers and embellishments!I live in Boise, Idaho with my husband, our twin 11 year old boys, and a very fluffy cat. A retired graphic designer and stamp company owner, I now spend my days sipping lots of coffee and getting my hands inky in my studio."

"I’m Sammi and I live in a small town in Washington state. I have been crafting for over 23 years now, and I love being creative! I have three grown children, one grandson and two pugs. My favorite mediums are coloring with my Copic markers and ink blending, although I love all facets of papercrafting. I blast my 80’s music and get lost in my crafty world! "

In October, we have been joined by Liz Vefall (@livefall) as our guest designer. Liz is an amazing colorist, and makes gorgeous clean and pretty cards. I've followed her for years, and was so excited to see what she would create with Picket Fence Studios stamps.
Here's a little about Liz, in her own words:
"Hiya! My name is Lisabeth, I live Norway and have been crafting for ten years. Between my little ones and work my crafting time is mostly limited to when the kids are sleeping, but it has made me a very efficient colourist and crafter. I do love to colour and mostly use my Copics, but I do get the pencils out occasionally. The past year I have also been knitting, as if my days weren't filled up enough already, right? :) "

"Hi! I am Sandra an absolutely coffee and crafting addicted mom of three from Germany that can't live without doing something crafty a day. It is not coloring and cardmaking only but I also love to sew, crochet or knit. I started my coloring and cardmaking journey in 2017 and never thought that I could get that addictive to it!
