Hi friends! It's Colleen again and I'm sharing another birthday card using the new Wreath Building: Cupcakes for You stamp and Wreath Building: Centers and Foliage stamp. I'm also using the existing Layering Flora Happy Fern die and Tangerine and Sunlight Yellow flatback pearls!
