#cardmaking #picketfencestudios #stencil clean and simple Ink Blending
Hello Friends! It's Ceal, here to share a card with you today using our new release set Face The Sun. Y'all this stamp set is Gorgeous! and fun to color I might add. I colored it using the Karin markers which blend so nicely on Bristol paper. If you haven't tried these markers they are dreamy. To create my card I started with a white heavy weight card base, a black panel for the mat and a Bristol panel to stamp the image. I stamped the sunflower using our Black Hybrid ink and then colored it with the Karin markers. After...

Hi guys and HAPPY RELEASE DAY!! Today is the 14th, which means a new release from Picket Fence Studios! I'm popping in with a couple of cards made with the BFF My Tribe stamp. In these uncertain and scary times where we can't be with our friends, it's a nice reminder that, whilst not physically together, we are stronger together. Even in spirit or via FaceTime. I did two cards for this post, one with Copics and one with Zig markers. There is also a YouTube video over on my channel if you want to have a look at the...

Fancy Flourish Stencil Fancy Sentiments Judy Rozema Sandra Girl
I love working with stencils for making backgrounds, don't you? The Fancy Flourish Stencil is a beautiful design, and was a perfect choice for Sandra Girl. I used VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze ink and my Life Changing Blender Brushes to create the background. The sentiment from Fancy Sentiments was stamped right on top of the stenciled backgound with VersaFine Clair Nocturne. Sandra Girl and her butterfly were stamped on Hammermill White and cut out using the coordinating die. I backed the main panel with Peacock Curios Metallic cardstock and the base is Hammermill White. I colored in her flower with...

Hello! It's Michelle here today to share a watercolour emboss resist card I made using the Early Tulips Bouquet stamp set from Picket Fence Studios. I stamped the floral image onto watercolour cardstock with Versamark ink and white embossed it. I then added scribbles of red, orange, emerald green and olive green watercolour markers (I used Zig markers) and then sprayed the panel with water. I dried the panel with a heat tool before adding more colour and repeating the process. When I came to the background, I added the deep blue and the aqua colour, but I used a...

Welcome everyone! It's Mindy Eggen with you today and I want to share with you my card featuring the new Sleeping Baby I first stamped the image in copic friendly ink and colored with copic markers. I used the coordinating die to cut it out and then added to a piece of Moonstone cardstock to create a blue blanket. On Blue Jay cardstock, I lightly ink blended clouds using the Layers of Clouds Stencil and Sea Salt Reactive Ink. Then flicked on Liquid Pixie Dust for sparkle. I attached my Sleeping Baby to my cloudy background and die cut with a Nesting...
