Spring Gardening Piggies

by Andrea Shell on Feb 04 2025
Hello there! It's Andrea back to share a fun card featuring the new Big Piggie Hugs stamp from Picket Fence Studios. As with all of the designs by Yuzu Nook, the images from the Big Piggie Hugs set are so cute! They pair perfectly with the new Spring Gardening Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts, and the A2 Trees Silhouette Cover Plate Die frames everything beautifully! I stamped those fun images from Big Piggie Hugs in black and colored them with Copics. I diecut them with the coordinating dies and added white highlights with a gel pen. I diecut the A2 Trees Silhouette Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and colored the diecut with Copics. I adhered the tree diecut with foam adhesive to one of the cardfronts from the Spring Gardening pack and affixed the panel to a white card. I arranged my colored images onto my card, securing them with a combination of liquid adhesive and thin foam adhesive. I stamped a sentiment from Big Piggie Hugs, diecut it with the coordinating dies, and popped it up with dimensional adhesive. Thanks for stopping by! *Affiliate links used at no cost to you.

Happy Easter - Peach & Piper: Easter Adventures

by Brenda Noelke on Jan 31 2025
Happy Friday, fellow card makers!! I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend!! Brenda here with a sweet Easter card featuring the adorable Peach & Piper: Easter Adventures Stamps & Coordinating Dies, along with a few other goodies from the January release!! I began by stamping the images from the Peach & Piper: Easter Adventures Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. (Save 10% when you purchase the stamps & dies together here.) I used a black gel pen to darken the eyes and noses of the critters. Next, I blended Tumbled Glass Distress Ink onto a panel of white cardstock using Life Changing Blender Brushes. I blended Mowed Lawn Distress Ink onto the bottom of the panel using the grass stencil in the Scene Building A2 Stencil Set: Layers of Adventure. The clouds, from the same stencil set, were added to the sky using Incandescent Paper Glaze. The panel was die-cut with the third largest die in the Beyond Basics: A2 Rectangles and Cover Plate Die Set. It was adhered with liquid glue to a pink panel of cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the same die set. The darling Peach & Piper die-cuts were adhered with liquid glue. For the sentiment, I spread a thin layer of the lightest shade of pink glaze in the Pink Ombre Haze Paper Glaze Sampler onto a panel of white cardstock. Once it was dry, I die-cut it, along with two more layers from heavyweight white cardstock, using the Happy Easter Word Die. The layers were stacked and adhered together using liquid glue, then added to the bottom of the panel. Bunny shaped embellishments from the Bunny Bop Sequin Mix Plus Mix and small iridescent sequins from the Blissful Beauties Sequin Mix Plus Mix were the perfect finishing touch. These bunnies and chicks are having so much fun at the Easter egg hunt!! That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!! Have a terrific weekend!! Brenda

Piggies, A Gnome, Oh My!

by Bobbi Lemanski on Jan 29 2025
Hello fellow crafting friends. It's Bobbi Lemanski with a number of adorable piggies and one friendly gnome, named Fred! I'm sharing two cards with some special characters. I'm using the following new products from Picket Fence Studios: Big Piggie Hugs stamps and coordinating dies Friendly Fred the Gnome stamp set and coordinating dies Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Spring Gardeningl Scene Building: A Tisket A Tasket Basket Die Both of my cards below are 5" X 7" in size. The card bases are made from Neenah 80lb Classic Crest cardstock in Solar White. Piggies in the Garden For this card, I used a Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Spring Gardening for the scene. This is a super easy way to create a fun look quickly. I make my cards, 5" X 7" so I cut the scene down to fit the top half of my card, leaving some needed white space below. It helps give the eyes a little rest since the scene it very full and active with these hard-working pigs! Next, I stamped, colored and die cut all the cute pigs and veggies from the set, Big Piggie Hugs stamps and coordinating dies. I added some spots on the pigs for a little more character and uniqueness and colored their clothes to be "garden/farm" friendly. I stamped the sentiment - "homemade for you" - along with a little caterpillar on the side to complete this card.  Fred the Friendly Gnome I used another scene builder background from the Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Spring Gardening set.  I added Fred, the gnome using the Friendly Fred the Gnome stamp set and coordinating dies. I colored the gnome, mushrooms and flowers using various Copic Sketch markers. For the mushrooms, I used R14, R22, R27, R29, and R46. For the basket, Scene Building: A Tisket A Tasket Basket Die. I used E59, E57, E55 and E53 to color the basket. I added all the goodies, flowers and mushrooms to the basket. Finally, I added a sweet sentiment from the same set to complete this 5" X 7" card.  You can shop the entire Picket Fence Studios new release here. Basket of Fun: Combining Dies and Stamps to Create a Scene

by Andrea Shell on Jan 28 2025
Hi there! It's Andrea back to share a colorful Easter card featuring Picket Fence Studios' January release. I just adore those cute bunnies from the Follow that Bunny stamp set! I wanted to combine them with the new Scene Building: A Tisket a Tasket Basket Die and Easter Egg Swag Die for a fun scene. I colored the bunnies with Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I diecut the basket from lavender and yellow cardstocks with the A Tisket a Tasket Basket Die. I trimmed thin strips of lavender cardstock and wove them through the slits of the basket, securing the ends with liquid adhesive. I added shading with Copics to create some dimension. I diecut the eggs from colored cardstock with the Easter Egg Swag Die. Using my scissors, I trimmed the bows from the eggs, backed them with colored cardstock and added shading with Copics. For my background I first diecut white cardstock with the Pinking Shear A2 Cover Plate Die. After masking the outside edges of the diecut, I ink-blended the grass and sky with dye inks and Life Changing Blender Brushes. To create the sun rays, I used the Sun with Rays 6x8 Stencil. After ink-blending, I flicked water across the grass portion and blotted it with a paper towel. Next, I covered the bottom half of the panel and added Opaque Pale Yellow, Opaque Pale Lavender, and Opaque White Paper Splatters to the top. Once the panel was dry, I removed the masks and adhered the background to one of the Lovely Gingham Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts. I arranged my Easter basket, eggs and colored images onto my card, adhering them with a combination of glue and varying heights of foam adhesive. For my focal sentiment, I diecut the Happy Easter Word Die from glitter and white cardstocks and stacked the diecuts on my card. I stamped a supporting sentiment from Follow that Bunny, cut it out with the coordinating die, and popped it up onto my card. Thanks for stopping by! I had so much fun creating this card, and I hope it inspires you to combine dies and stamps to create little scenes on your projects, as well! *Affiliate links used at no cost to you.

A Very Happy Easter to You - Hoppy Poppy

by Brenda Noelke on Jan 24 2025
Happy Friday, friends!! Brenda here with a sweet Easter card featuring the Freckle Friends: Hoppy Poppy Stamp Set from the latest release!! New stamps from the Freckle Friends Series are always at the top of my list and this Easter one with the bunnies is absolutely adorable!! I started by stamping the darling images from the Freckle Friends: Hoppy Poppy Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Intense Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. For the background, I used the third largest die in the Beyond Basics: A2 Rectangle and Cover Plate Die Set to die-cut a panel from the Bright & Shiny Day Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts. It was adhered to a white A2 card base. The sentiment, also from the Freckle Friends: Hoppy Poppy Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. The bunny and sentiment were popped up with foam tape and the rest of the die-cuts were adhered with liquid glue. I used a black gel pen to add some shine to Poppy's, the birds' and the bunny's eyes and nose. Iridescent sequins from the Easter Bop and Blissful Beauties Sequin Plus Mixes finish off the card and add a bit of shine. Thank you so much for dropping by today!! Have a wonderful weekend and I'll see you next Friday!! Brenda

Hippity Hoppity Here Comes Easter

by Bobbi Lemanski on Jan 22 2025
Hello, PFS friends! It's Bobbi here with a fun set of sweet bunnies and a big "happy Easter" sentiment for you. If you make Easter or Spring cards, this stamp and die set gives you oodles of cute characters to make your projects come to life. I've also got a bonus Easter card below for you, too. I am using the following products for my 5" X 7" cards: Follow That Bunny (by Yuzu Nook) stamp set and coordinating dies (Bundle package) A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die Happy Easter Word Die Easter Egg Swag Die Fabulous Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Field of Flowers Hippity Hoppity Bunny Card To make this 5" X 7" card, I used an A7 white card base and a A2 white die cut using the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die.  There is white space at the bottom of the card after positioning the die cut on the card base. For each of the die cut squares, I used Distress Oxide Inks and my Life Changing Blender Brushes to color the nine backdrops for these sweet bunnies. I used Distress Oxide ink colors: Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, Tumbled Glass, Twisted Citron, and Shaded Lilac. I used watercolor ink to splatter each of the backgrounds in orange or blue for a pretty backdrop. I placed the squares inside the grid design.  I stamped in black, colored with Copic Sketch Markers and die cut the bunnies, carrot, wagon, fence, balloon and eggs from the Follow That Bunny (by Yuzu Nook) stamp set and coordinating dies (Bundle package). I used the following Copic colors to color the images:  Browns (bunnies):  E44, E43, E50, E53, E79, E77, E55 Reds/Pinks (bunny ears) : R22, R20, R21 Oranges: YR68, YR15, YR61 Greens: YG67, YG17, YG03 Blue: B00, B01, B24 Yellow: Y19, Y08 I set the images in front of the nine colorful backdrops to create little scenes in front of each rectangle. Finally, I added the sentiment, "Hippity Hoppity Here Comes Easter" from the set to complete the card. Happy Easter Card For this 5" X 7" Happy Easter card, I used the:   Happy Easter Word Die Easter Egg Swag Die Fabulous Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Field of Flowers I die cut two of the Easter Egg Swag Die from white cardstock and glued them together, keeping the bows loose from each other. I blended color on the eggs using Distress Oxide Inks in Twisted Citron, Squeezed Lemonade, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, and Salvaged Patina. I colored the branch in Copic Es such as E57, E55, and E53. I added one colored pearl to each of the bows. For the background of the egg swag, I used an arch window opening to allow the Fabulous Glossy A2 Card Fronts - Field of Flowers to show through as the background. I also added the adorable Happy Easter Word Die at the bottom of the opening to finish the card. I cut the shadow die out of white cardstock and the "happy easter" word die out of pink cardstock. I cut four from pink, stacked, and glued them together to make the words really stand out and dimensional. I attached the sentiment using foam tabs to stand out from the background. Easter Hello: Creating a Scene with Stencils

by Andrea Shell on Jan 21 2025
Hi there! It's Andrea back to share a fun card featuring new products from Picket Fence Studios. I love creating scenes on my projects, and the new Scene Building A2 Stencil Set: Layers of Adventures make the process so easy!     Those adorable bunnies, eggs and tree are from the Peach and Piper: Easter Adventures stamp. The bunny on the far right is from the Peach and Piper: Bad Weather Friends set (I love how well the two stamp sets work together!). I colored all of my images with Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies.     To create a background for my images, I used the Layers of Adventures stencil set. I placed the grass stencil over an A2 panel of white cardstock and applied green ink with a Life Changing Blender Brush. After removing the stencil, I blended the top of the panel with a blue ink. Using the Fan Brush, I splattered water over the grass to soften the green. Next, I laid the same stencil over the panel and applied Incandescent Paper Glaze to create the clouds. I love the shimmer the paste creates!     Once the paste was dry, I adhered the panel to a cardbase and affixed my images. To attach them, I used a combination of liquid adhesive and varying heights of foam. I heat-embossed a sentiment from the Follow that Bunny set to finish my card.     Thanks for stopping by!   *Affiliate links used at no cost to you.

Happy Easter - Joyful Easter Stamps & Dies

by Brenda Noelke on Jan 17 2025
Hello, fellow crafters and happy Friday!! Brenda here with an Easter card featuring the Joyful Easter Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies, along with the Layers of Embroidery Stamp!! This color scheme just screams SPRING to me, which I am sooooo ready for!! I know, it's only January, but I can wish for spring to come sooner rather than later!! To begin, I stamped the floral bouquet and leaves from the Joyful Easter Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored the images with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, accented the stamen with a yellow gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. They were arranged and adhered together using liquid glue, then set aside to work on the background. I white heat embossed the Layers of Embroidery Stamp onto a panel of lilac cardstock. Several of the rectangle dies in the Beyond Basics: A2 Rectangle and Cover Plate Die Set to create lots of layers in the background. The embossed panel was die-cut with the smallest rectangle in the die set. I used the second smallest die in the same set to cut a mat from white cardstock. The second largest die was cut from a lilac gingham panel in the Lovely Gingham Fabulous Glossy A2 Card Fronts Pack. All the layers were stacked and adhered together using liquid glue, then adhered to an A2 white card base. The basket of blooms was popped up with foam tape. The sentiment, also from the Joyful Easter Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. I cut it out with the Coordinating Die and adhered it with a combination of foam tape and liquid glue. A sprinkling of purple sequins from the Easter Bop Sequin Mix Plus adds a bit of sparkle and finishes off the card. I love how the bright colors in the bouquet pop off of the soft, pastel background!! Thank you so much for dropping by today!! Have a wonderful weekend!! Brenda

Very Happy Easter

by Andrea Shell on Jan 16 2025
Hello there! It's Andrea back sharing a sweet card featuring some new products from Picket Fence Studios. Isn't the January release adorable?! When I saw the new Freckle Friends: Hoppy Poppy stamp, I had to have it! The Freckle Friends collection from Picket Fence Studios is so cute, and this newest addition may be my favorite. I colored that sweet girl and her bunny friend with Copics and cut them out with the coordinating dies. Picket Fence released several new cardfronts this month, and the Field of Wildflowers is just beautiful! The colors and florals are so pretty! After selecting one of the papers, I diecut pink cardstock with the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die. I trimmed down the cardfront slightly and adhered the diecut on top. That large sentiment was created with the new Happy Easter Word Dies. I diecut the words from both white and glitter cardstocks and stacked them together for a little dimension. I diecut the shadow from vellum and glued the sentiment on top before adhering the piece to my card. The supporting sentiment is from the Hoppy Poppy set. I stamped it in pink, diecut it with the coordinating die, and attached it to my diecut sentiment. I popped up my colored images with foam and finished with some pearls and sequins from the Blissful Beauties sequin mix. Thanks for stopping by! Welcome to A Spring Retreat Around the World

by Bobbi Lemanski on Jan 15 2025

Hello friends. It's Bobbi Lemanski here. I'm excited to share that I have joined the design team for Picket Fence Studios and this is my first post as a design team member. I have lots of fun stuff to share with you featuring products from the January release so let's get started with these two sweet cards showcasing the following products:  I'm using the following new sets for these two cards:  A Spring Retreat stamp set and coordinating dies Postage Around the World stamp set Friendly Fred stamp set ("thinking of you," phrase only) A Watercolor Easter A2 Glossy Card Fronts Lovely Gingham A2 Glossy Card Fronts Sequin Mix Plus - Blissful Beauties Both of my cards below are A7-sized or 5" X 7" cards.  A Retreat in the Garden To make this 5" X 7" card, I used Neenah 80lb white cardstock for the card base. I used the Lovely Gingham A2 Glossy Card Fronts in a light aqua and the Pinking Shear A2 Cover Plate Die to create a backdrop for my feature image. I stamped, colored, and die cut the design. For my coloring, I use Copic Sketch Markers. Here's a list of the main colors I used for this sweet garden scene:  Reds: R24, R17, R14, R22, R21, R20 Blues: BG75, BG72, BG71, BG49, BG11, B000 Yellows: Y19, Y21, Y08, YR68, YR61 Browns: E53, E44, E43 Greens: YG67, YG17, YG03 Neutrals: W5, W4, W3, W1, W0   I wanted my card to stand out a bit from the background so after die-cutting the full design, I hand cut the flowers in the vase and the houses on the ground and popped them up with foam tabs to make the scene dimensional. This does a lot for the overall look of this set and really makes it come to life. Everything was attached to the gingham.  Lastly, I stamped the "Thinking of you" sentiment from the Friendly Fred stamp set in the lower right corner, under the gingham backdrop. I added a six pink pearlized pearls around the design to complete the look. I love how this turned out. The image is so unique and the gingham and pearls just add a touch of sweetness to it. It has whimsy, sweetness and the feel of home all in one!  Welcome to the Neighborhood For this charming and quaint, 5" X 7" -"Welcome to the Neighborhood" card, I thought it would be fun to use one of the miniature houses in the "A Spring Retreat" stamp bouquet as a birdhouse and a larger house on the ground. I fussy cut two of the houses and colored them in the same colors as the card above (Colors listed above.) This card was so easy to make thanks to the "A Watercolor Easter A2 Glossy Card Fronts." product. I used one of the backgrounds that includes a tree and attached the mini house to the wood platform hanging from the tree. I used another matching card front and hand cut the fencing to extend it at the bottom. I added the second house in front of the fencing. I attached the house using foam tabs to make the pink house stand out from the background.  I also added the new border, Postage Around the World to the bottom to give it a stronger European and vintage look that I think works well with the Spring Retreat set. I stamped the border in black and then shaded the tickets with some W Copics (warm grays).  I used the scraps from the pinking cutout in the first card to add a gingham frame around the A2-sized card front design. I think this adds a level of whimsy and design to the sweet scene. In addition, I stamped the "welcome" from the stamp set, "Swanky Sentiments: Salutations" at the lower bottom, center on an A7 white card base. I also splattered some black watercolor over the card base and attached the gingham-pinked frame scene above the "welcome" sentiment. I love how this card came out. That vintage-colored background just works so well with these cute houses.  You can shop the entire Picket Fence Studios new release here. Thanks Shaker Card

by Silvana Chambon on Jan 11 2025
Hello, friends! My name is Silvana, from Casa Magnolia, and today I´m going to share with you a fun shaker card made with some of the produts from the last release.  The card features the new Thanks Stacked word Die. It´s a big die, perfect to fill an A2 card panel. I prepared a background with the new Meow 6x8 Layering Stencil Set and the new Paper Glaze Felines Sampler Set. I loved the stencil because it´s versatile: you can use one single layer or the two layering stencils to create your backgrounds.  I cut the background with the Thanks die, then put a piece of acetate sheet behind and put this foam tape to make the shaker. I fill it with the new Cattiude Sequin Mix Plus.  To finish the card I stamped one of the cats from the Happy Paws stamp and colored it, Then I used one of the sentiments from the same set and stamped onto a black cardstock with embossing ink and white embossing powder.  And that´s my completed card! I really like shaker cards and I think this is a good combination to making one.  Thank you so much for being here in the blog today and for being part of Picket Fence Studios.  Have a fantastic weekend! Silvana
Hi Madame Kitty!

Hi Madame Kitty!

by Colleen Balija on Jan 10 2025
Hi friends! Boy, have I got a fun card for you today, and there's LOTS of steps to this mixed media piece, so let's not waste time and get started, shall we? We'll be using Madame Kitty stamp, Velvet Blackboard Paper Glaze, Let's Paint stencil, Swanky Sentiments: Salutations, Pearls in Neon Blue & Charcoal Grey, and A2: Stamps Cover Plate with Postmark dies!  As I said, there are many steps to this card, but it is really quite easy! The first step was to find a colorful background to use because I planned to stamp the Kitty image over it in black. I grabbed one from my stash of pre-made backgrounds and then stamped the Madame Kitty right in the center, embossing it with black powder so she would stand out!  Next, I die cut around her using the half circle die from the A2: Stamps Cover Plate with Postmark dies! I inked up the edges in black ink to grunge it up a bit and frame the kitty.  Next, I stenciled two of the corners on the card panel with Let's Paint stencil and Charcoal Black Paper Glaze. When that dried, I applied gold paste over it and around a few spots on the edge of the card panel. Then, I decided to add dimension and depth by using 2 of the smaller postmark dies and die cutting right through the finished panel! Yikes, right? Well stay with mem because it turns out wonderfully! I inked up the edges of the dies in black ink, similar to the edge of the card panel, added foam tape to the back of each die, and then placed it back on the card panel. In looking at the photo above, you can see how the dies pop off the page, but they don't interrupt the kitty focal point! This is a great mixed media technique to use on your projects! I got the idea from my dear friend Natasha Vacca!  Lastly, I added the sentiment "Hi" in the lower left corner and placed the entire panel over an A2 sized black card base.  This card has so much fun going on, and what started the creative process was Madame Kitty! She deserved to have a place of honor on a mixed media piece! Thanks for stopping by today! To shop the items used in this post, click on the description to be taken to the PFS shop!

Always Listen to Your Dog!

Before we jump into today's project, I wanted to let you know that I sometimes use affiliate links to share my favorite products. Don't worry, these links won't cost you a dime – they're just little crafty helpers behind the scenes that help support me if you use them to make a purchase! Let's dive into today's creative journey together! Hello, friends! Today, I am sharing my last project using the December 2024 release, and this card just might be my favorite! For this card, I am featuring the You Hold My Heart In Your Paw Stamp Set, the Dogs/Cats Know Good People Stamp Set, and the Rectangular Seamless Stamp: Feed Me Set! These stamps come together perfectly to create this sweet card! Let's get into the details for how this card came together! Below is a list of Picket Fence Studios Products used to create this card: You Hold My Heart In Your Paw Stamp SetDogs/Cats Know Good People Stamp SetRectangular Seamless Stamp: Feed Me SetOpaque Copper Paper SplatterPick Me Sequin Mix First, I stamped out the dog image from the You Hold My Heart In Your Paw stamp set in black ink and colored the image up with Copic Markers. I fussy cut the image out and set it aside. Next, I grabbed an A2-piece of orange cardstock and distressed the edges with Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink. I then put the Rectangular Seamless Stamp: Feed Me Set in my MISTI, and repeatedly stamped out the pattern in Crackling Campfire Distress Ink. I set the panel aside. I then cut both a piece of kraft cardstock and a piece of light orange cardstock into 3.75" x 5". For the kraft cardstock, I distressed the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Using the same Vintage Photo Distress Ink, I stamped out the small paw print with a heart stamp multiple times on the panel. When done, I splattered the panel with Opaque Copper Paper Splatter Watercolor and let it dry. For my sentiment, I wanted to customize the "my   was right about you" stamp from the Dog/Cats Know Good People set, and customize it by inserting the "dog" stamp in the blank space the sentiment provides. I stamped out the sentiments in watermark ink on brown paper, and then heat embossed the sentiments with white powder. I fussy cut the sentiment out and set it aside. For assembly of my card, I adhered my orange Feed Me background onto an A2-size card base. I then took the light orange 3.75" x 5" panel and adhered it slightly offset behind my paw print panel of the same size. I adhered this unit to my card. I then adhered my dog image and trimmed off the excess of the image that hung off the left portion of my card. Using foam tape, I adhered my sentiment to my project. I finished off the card by adhering a few of the embellishments from the Pick Me Sequin Mix. My card was complete! Thank you so very much for stopping by the Picket Fence Studios Blog for some furry-friend-filled inspiration today! I can't wait to see what you make! Don’t forget that for more crafty inspiration, you can follow me on Instagram, subscribe to my channel on YouTube, and check out my personal blog as well! Happy Crafting!

My Cat Was Right

by Andrea Shell on Jan 08 2025
Hello there! It's Andrea back with you to share a fun, cat-themed card featuring products from Picket Fence Studios' December release. As a pet owner, the December release really spoke to me. I love the sentiments in the Dogs/Cats Always Know Good People, and the fact that they're customizable for either a dog or a cat is awesome! While the sentiment inspired my card, that fun, stenciled background is also a favorite. To create it, I used the Meow 6x8 Layering Stencil Set. I started with a panel of pale pink cardstock and blended a darker pink ink through the first stencil. Next, I applied Snowdrop White Paper Glaze through the second stencil. Once the glaze was dry, I diecut the panel with the Beyond Basics: A2 Stamp Cover Plate Dies, wrapped some twine around the panel, and adhered it to a card with foam tape. I stamped a sentiment from the Dogs/Cats Always Know Good People set in two shades of pink ink. I diecut it and the pink, glittery mat with the 2.5" Connected Circles and 3.0" Connected Circles Shaker Dies. I layered the circles together and attached them to my card with foam. I embellished the sentiment with sequins and hearts from the Pick Me sequin mix. That cute kitty is from the Happy Paws set. After coloring the kitty with Copics, I glued it to a postage shape I had created with a smaller die from the A2 Stamp Cover Plate Dies. The cancelled postmark was also cut with the A2 Stamp Cover Plate Dies. I diecut the postmark twice - once from the pink cardstock I used for the background and a second time from a coral paper. Onto the negative piece of the pink diecut, I stamped a cat face from the Rectangular Seamless: A Cat's Dream stamp and inlaid it in the coral diecut.
