Coffee is Always Better With a Friend

Hi everyone! Ilina here. Today I am sharing card using the new Sponsored by Coffee set and the coordinating dies. To make the card I started by stamping the image on white card stock using Intense Black Hybrid ink. I also stamped the image onto masking paper and cut out the individual elements and negatives. I used those to mask parts of the image and do some ink blending using the Life Changing Blending brushes and red, brown and warm gray inks to add color to the image. Once I was satisfied with the results I die cut the image using...

Buzzing With Fun!

Honey Dear Judy Rozema

Buzzing With Fun!

Today I want to share a fun card with a buzzing bee theme! This month's October Release has some really fun bee themed stamps and stencils, and I am sharing one of them today! First up this week is Honey Dear, a fun single stamp with a sweet sentiment.  I stamped with Black Hybrid Ink, and then colored in using my Copics. I gave the entire image and outline in B000. I cut it out with the coordinating die, and adhered it to my sentiment stamped patterned paper. A little gold thread, some shimmer for the wings (Nuvo Glimmer Pen)...

Today I am sharing a card made with the Slim Line Die Cutting System.  This is my first card made with it and I am loving it!  To create my card I used the smaller of the two panel dies and cut out two panels, one out of white and one out of Kraft cardstock. To the Kraft panel I added the square die cuts with the birch trees. On the white one I blended a sky background using the Life Changing Blender Brushes. To make the trees look more like birch trees I added...

Clean And Simple Cards with Erica and A Tree

Hey guys!  It's Erica on the Picket Fence Blog today, with a couple of CAS cards made with the A Tree diecut.  Both of these are done in a quite simple manner: I cut the A Tree out of two different panels. One had a pattern done by pressing a piece of paper on top of the Slim Line Broken Fence stencil, after I had used Paper Glaze in Fern Green, Leaf Green, Jade Vine and Cornflower Blue. It created a fun and colourful pattern and the texture is amazing!    This tree I adhered to a white card base,...

CAS Maple Leaves with Judy

The October Picket Fence Studios release is here and it's one of my favorites! Have you had a chance to check it out? Today I am sharing a trio of cards made with the new Maple Leaves Dies. All of my cards today are using the same color scheme and style - clean and simple, along with inchies! You can find the entire release HERE. Happy Shopping! All of the leaves were made with a "brayer cleaning sheet" from my Gel Press printmaking days awhile back. I love how they turned out. I like the touch of pink with the...
