Hi Friends, Becky Roberts here today on the Picket Fence Blog.  Have you ever shown up to an occasion just because you know there will be cake?  LOL  I have!  Seems appropriate, right? For this card, I used the beautiful background stamp, A City in the World.  I love that it could be virtually anywhere!
