A Bride's Bouquet

Happy Friday to you!   Becky Roberts here from Inking Idaho with a beautiful wedding card. Weddings might look a little different but the bride and groom still get celebrated.  We have three weddings this summer that we would have attended but now we will just send a beautiful card and perfectly packaged gift...the benefits of having a ton of stamping stuff! I used the beautiful stamp set called A Bride's Bouquet. It has this image and several great sentiments for that special day. I colored the bouquet with Copic markers and hand cut it out.  I stamped the same image directly...

Christmas Shaker Card with Karen Reategui

Hello my crafty friends! Today I’m sharing this Christmas shaker card over Picket Fence Studios Blog. For this card, I have used new stamps from the July Release HO HO HO and Reindeer Stamps along with Gin & Tonic Sequin Mix. Let’s begin! I die cut this slim panel and applied inks to it using the Life Changing Blender Brushes. Next, with the help of my MISTI I stamped the Reindeer Stamp all across the slim panel using WOW! Embossing Pad and heat embossed it with WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder. Then, I adhered a piece of cellophane wrap...

Splendid Stencils!

Hi Everyone!  We made it to Friday, yay!  I went to an online retreat this spring and had a burst of stamping inspiration that I want to share with you today. First up is the adorable A Little Nuts Squirrel!  He cracks me up!  I love that there is also a Coordinating Die with this set so you can stamp and color the tiniest acorns and simply die-cut them!  My squirrel is colored a little different because one of the challenges at the retreat was to color an animal an unusual color.  I love him pink!  :)  I stenciled a simple...

Summer Fireflies with Ceal Pritchett

hello everyone!  Since it's officially summer now the  fireflies or lightening bugs as I call them are out at night and I love watching them and even more so I love to watch my dog try to catch them.  To create my card I started with a pale aqua card base, and a white panel. I used  the Broken Fence Stencil and the Life Changing Blender Brushes to create the background. I stamped the Jar from the Fireflies on a Warm Night set on Brstol card stock and colored it with Daniel Smith Watercolors and cut it out with the...

Red roses

I have a bold floral card to share today, using stamps from the May release. I white embossed the image from "A Rose" in the top left and bottom right of a piece of Canson watercolour paper. I painted the image using Distress Oxide inks in a variety of blue, pink and red colours. I added a sentiment from the Bird of Paradise Flowers stamp set white embossed onto a scrap of black cardstock. I finished with some sequins from the Gin and Tonic sequin mix.   Did you know? Thanks for visiting :)
