Rainbow birthday card with Michelle
by Michelle Lupton on Apr 23 2021
Hello! Michelle here today to share a rainbow card I made using products from this month's release.
I inked this card in a most unusual way! I had a very, VERY old ink pad that had a rainbow of colours on a series of little foam pads. The foam had degraded so much that the pad was unusable, so I swiped the pad over some card bases and then scraped the degraded foam off the surface with a stencil scraping tool.
(You could achieve the same look by masking off stripes and ink blending heavily with a rainbow inks)
I then placed the Details of a Wing stencil over the rainbow card and added white pigment ink using a Life Changing Blender brush. I then stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Inside Quotes: Birthday set in black ink, and adhered a thin strip of black cardstock to cover up the edge of the inked portion of the card.
Thanks for visiting :)

Hey Y'all!
It's Ceal here. Today I am sharing a couple slimline cards using some of the amazing March products .
First up, I created this shaker card using the Fish for Infinity Slimline stencil, some distress inks, sequins and diecuts.
I started by creating a background using distress inks in Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon and Peacock Feathers. I used the SLDCS to cut a frame for the shaker. I placed the Fish for Infinity stencil down on the base using Pixie Spray and blended Blueprint Sketch distress ink over it. Next I stamped the sentiment from the Follow Your Path set which happens to be at a great price right now on the background I had created and added it to the front.
Next I created the confetti for the shaker, to do this I die cut several of the whales from the Mermaids of the Sea die set in holographic papers and then added some of the Sharkbite Sequin Mix and the Oceans of Green Gem Mix.
For my next card I used the Whales & Mermaids Slimline Stencil and some paper glazes.
For this card I started with a background I created using Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch distress inks. After the background was dry I placed the Whales & Mermaids Slimline Stencil down with Pixie Spray. I mixed some of the new Paper Glaze Enhancer with Mint Hydrangea Paper Glaze and spread it across the whale part of the stencil, I also watered down some Artemisia Silver Paper Glaze and added it on top to get the blueish gray color. For underneath I mixed some Artemisia Silver with some glitter.

A bride's Bouquet Slimline Shaker Card
by Sandi MacIver on Mar 26 2021
Hi friends, it's Sandi here from sandimaciver.com and today I have A Bride's Bouquet Slimline Shaker Card to share with you.I'm in love with slimline cards and a shaker card is an added bonus don't you think.
Start with the background using the Slim Line Nested Rectangles Dies to die cut a slimline background.
Next, cover the background with the Slimline Broken Fence stencil and secured it.
Add Paper Glaze randomly over the background in Peony Pink and Pink Carnation (they are truly stunning together), and blend them by pulling the pallet knife down the entire length of the background a couple of times.
Then, set this piece aside to dry.
By using the small and large of the Slim Line Nested Rectangles together, you create a white frame for your card with a pretty stitched edge. I tape them together and die cut them both at once.
Next, add a thin line of white glue around the back and attach a piece of acetate cut the same size.
By adding a thin line of foam tape all around the back of this, you create the void in the center for the "shaker guts".....Picket Fence has a beautiful selection of sequins that are perfect guts, and I chose the Gin and Tonic Mix for today's card.
Pile a heaping teaspoon into the center of the dry background and then attach the frame piece you just created, pressing firmly around the edges to ensure it's sealed.
Next, attach it to a white card base. This one is 7-1/2 x 9, scored and folded at 3-3/4.
I used my Misti to stamp the floral image twice in Black Hybrid Ink before coloring it with my copics. Then I cut them out and added them to both ends of my card.
Finally, I die cut the sentiment in Gina K Dusty Rose and White cardstock and attached it to the center of my card.
There you go....a pretty floral for spring, just change out the sentiment for whatever event you are celebrating. (and I'm sorry, it seems I used a retired sentiment die as I can't find it in the store so I've linked a couple the same size that would work).
Hope you enjoyed my share today and below are the products I used. Compensated affiliate links used, at no additional cost to you.

Hi everyone, Lisa here today to share how I made this slim line shaker using lots of lovely goodies from the fabulous March release.
I began by taking the largest of the two rectangle dies from the Slim Line Die Cutting System (8.5" x 3.5") and I die cut a panel of white cardstock. I took the Slim Line Fish For Infinity Stencil and secured it from behind. To the side I laid down a bit of Mint Hydrangea, Succulent Green and Ocean Poppy Paper Glazes onto a glass mat, and then added equal amounts of Paper Glaze Enhancer into each. This turns the Paper Glaze into much for of a matt/textured finish and I love how it looks. I then applied all three of these through the stencil using a spatula from the Mixed Media Spatulas to create an ombre look. These glazes - so so pretty - with our without the enhancer! Hopefully you can see the texture in the picture below.
I set it aside to dry and then took two dies from the Slim Line Nested Rectangles Die set and cut a stitched frame from white cardstock. Using double sided tape, I then added some acetate to the back, followed by thin strips of foam tape. The nested rectangles die set works in conjunction with the slim line die cutting system and gives you even more options for creating your cards - the sky is the limit!
Once the fish panel was dry, I used double sided tape to adhere it to a base card after stamping a sentiment from BFF Favorite Hello in the top right circular area. For my shaker mix I used the new mix called Aqua Seas and Spring Fling from a few months back - they go beautifully together. I carefully placed a whole bunch of them down over the panel and then removed the backing from the foam tape, placed the acetate panel over the top, securing the sequins inside.
I just love the noise that a shaker makes and I adore the paper glazes so this card was really fun to make. I hope that you'll give the Paper Glaze Enhancer a try - it is so fun to stretch the use of the Paper Glaze and create a different look to your card. See you next time!

Hello! It's Michelle here to share a card using a colour scheme I usually associate with Christmas!
The white card base is inked with some green ink over the Triple Weave stencil. I added a strip of green cardstock from my stash and then stamped the sentiment. I stamped and coloured the dragonfruit with Copic markers, before cutting them out and arranging them on the card front.
Thanks for visiting :)

Hello! I hope wherever you are the sun is shining and warming up your part of the world! I have a couple of cards to share with you featuring sunshine and rainbows!
First, is this super fun rainbow featuring the Slim Line Movement Stencil. This is such a fun stencil as it gives the illusion of dimension! I used the Slim Line Die Cutting System and cut 3 circles out to create space for a scene. Did you know that Picket Fence Studios has a brand new Slim Line Nested Rectangles Die Cutting System out? It has four stitched layers, slimline label dies and four, word dies! It's available now with no waiting for preorder or the next monthly release! I used the Cloud Coverage Stencil and LC Blender Brushes for the background. The image is from After the Storm, and the sentiment is from the Hello set.
For my next card, I inked up the beautiful Wave Sun Stencil with LC Blender Brushes. Don't you just love the curling rays of this sun? I love the image of feminine hands raised from the BFF Favorite Hello Set. When we come together from diverse backgrounds with love and care for one another nothing can stop us! The sentiment is from the lovely Wild Peonies set. Lastly, I sprinkled some Fire Gems!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you feel inspired to create some sunshine!

Que Sera Sera With Ceal Pritchett
by Ceal Pritchett on Feb 24 2021
Hey Y'all
It's Ceal , here. Today I am sharing a couple cards using quite a few of the same products like the Que Sera Sera stamp set, the Center Flower Stencil and the Pastel Paper Glaze.
My first card is a slim line created by using the Slim Line Die Cutting System. I started with a white card base and cut yellow front and the white panel using the SLDCS. I placed the Center Flower Slim Line stencil on the white pane and then added some Yellow Primrose Paper Glaze with the Mix Media Spatulas. While the paper glaze was drying, I stamped some of the flowers from the Que Sera Sera set on vellum and embossed them in white powder. I flipped them over and colored the opposite side with Copic markers. I cut the Thank You die out of yellow cardstock and backed it with vellum to match the flowers.
My second card uses the 6x6 Center Flower Stencil and I used two paper glazes in Pink Carnation and Yellow Primrose. I also used the same set Que Sera Sera but I stamped and colored the flowers on regular cardstock. I added the greeting from the Fancy Congratulations Sentiments stamp set stamped with embossing ink and embossed in gold and cut out with the Fancy Congratulations Sentiments dies

Hello! When I'm not making cards, I'm a bona fide science nerd, so this Bird of Paradise (otherwise known as Strelitzia) stamp brings out the botany nerd in me.
This flower is not a flower - it is an inflorescence, which is a bunch of flowers. In this case, the individual flowers bloom one after the other in a series. They are pollinated by birds, who stand on the blue part of the flower, exposing the sticky pollen that coats their feet and that then gets carried to the next inflorescence.
If you're not bored yet, I made this card by stamping the main image and colouring it with Copic markers. I used a dark blue card base, inked with the Flowers Stencil and white pigment ink.

Hello Everybody!
It's Ceal, here. Today I am sharing a card using one of my favorite floral stamps that we have in our shop, A Rose. I have always loved this image since it was released but now I love it even more because now it has a coordinating die.
Ti create this card I started with a top folding card base, The A Rose stamp set, and some Peacock Feathers Distress ink. I created a background for the rose by using the Geo Squares stencil along with the Life Changing Blender Brushes.
I colored the rose with Graph-It markers then cut it out with the coordinating die and added it to the card front. I used a sentiment from the More Fancy Sentiments set which now has coordinating dies also.
Below you will find links to the products used. Click the picture to start shopping. Compensated Affiliate links are used at no additional cost to you. Your support helps me to keep bringing you new projects and I appreciate that so much!
Thank you!

I have a baby card to share today using products from the November release at Picket Fence Studios.
I started by creating a background with the slimline flowers stencil and my Life Changing Blender Brushes and Distress Oxide inks. I coloured the cute little baby image with a mixture of copic markers and Derwent pencils to give the pale, no-line colouring look. I cut the squares out of a panel of white cardstock to fit over the slimline card base (I made them wonky, mainly because I need practice lining them up nice and straight!) and finished with a little sentiment that I tucked into the bottom edge of one of the square windows.

Hello crafty friends! Today I’m over Picket Fence Studios blog sharing these two Christmas cards. I’m featuring Baker’s Twine and HO HO HO Stamp set. Also Gin & Tonic and Moonshine Sequin Mixes.
Let’s begin! For the first card I started by applying distress oxide inks with the Life Changing Blender Brushes to a panel. I used Aged Mahogany, Festive Berries and Abandoned Coral.
Once my panel was dry, I trimmed down the edges and adhered a white folded note card at the back.
Then, I stamped this large sentiment from Ho Ho Ho Stamp and I heat embossed it with WOW! Red Glitz Embossing Glitter. I repeated this step three times to get a bit more of dimension on my sentiment.
Finally, I stamped the images from the Baker’s Twine Stamp and heat embossed them with WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder. With a red gel pen I filled in the empty spaces of the twine and lastly, I added a few sequins from Gin & Tonic Sequin Mix.
For the second card I also applied distress oxide inks with the Life Changing Blender Brushes to another panel. I used Black Soot, Lucky Clover and Cracked Pistachio.
When my panel was dry, I trimmed down the edges and adhered a white folded note card at the back using glue.
Next, I stamped the sentiment from Ho Ho Ho Stamp and I heat embossed it with WOW! Red Glitz Embossing Glitter. I repeated this step three times to get a bit more of dimension on my sentiment.
Last, I stamped the images from the Baker’s Twine Stamp and heat embossed them with WOW! Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder. I filled in the empty spaces of the twine with a red gel pen and finally, I added a few sequins from Gin & Tonic Sequin Mix and this card was finished.
Thank you so much crafty friends for stopping by and I hope you like these cards and get some inspiration. Please have a wonderful rest of the week.
Blessings,
Karen

Hello friends! Today I’m so happy to be sharing this card full of glitter and it’s literally full of glitter! This technique combines stencil and glitter and it is super fun and it doesn’t take too much time. For this card I’m using the Floral Stencil and Thank You for a being You Stamp Set.
Let’s begin! I started by creating the background and I added double sided taped to panel that is 3 1/4 x 4 1/2. Then I removed and saved the release paper. Next, I applied Pixie Spray to my Floral Stencil and placed it on top of my panel.
To make sure the stencil is pretty well stuck to my panel and the glitter doesn’t get behind it, I laid down the release paper on top and rubbed the stencil on with a bone folder. Then, I poured some purple glitter on top and I let it go like waterfall over the stencil so all the adhesive showing through the stencil will hold the glitter. You need to tap a little bit the panel the get off the excess and then you placed the release paper on top again and press the glitter into the adhesive using a bone folder.
My next step is to carefully remove the stencil and applied the second color of glitter. This time is a bright yellow to make all the flowers pop up from the background. I just poured the glitter on top, shake off the excess and placed the release paper on top again to make sure the adhesive holds the glitter.
Finally, I adhered a white folded card note at the back using foam tape for more dimension. I also heat embossed with silver embossing powder the sentiment and placed it at the bottom of my panel and this card is done! I really hope you try this technique is very easy and the results are so amazing! You can’t image how gorgeous this card shines in person. Have a phenomenal rest of the week!
Your friend Karen
TIP: use super fine glitter for better results.
