Hello everyone! It's the last Monday of the decade! Wow! And it's almost time for a party. How about cake for New Year's Eve? Add in a sale, and it's a REAL celebration!
Today I am sharing two cards using the newly released LET'S DECORATE and CHEAT DAY.
I used the 2 1/2" Blending Circle and my Life Changing Brushes to make my circles with Spun Sugar and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped the sentiment from CHEAT DAY with VersaFine Clair Nocturne, and then backed the main panel with Silver Glitter cardstock. My main cake images from LET'S DECORATE were then stamped and colored with Copics. I cut them out with the coordinating dies, and popped them up with foam tape. A few baubles for fun, and it's all done!
My second card uses the same black ink, Copics, and Abandoned Coral for the cake and stenciling. I used just the corners of the new QUATREFOIL BOUQUET stencil. Some patterned paper for an added layer, and this second card is a peachy beauty!
And to clean my stamps? Well --- have you seen the NEW Stamp Scrubber? Because of its unique texture, it removes inks from crevices and cleans your stamp surface beautifully! Be sure to check it out and grab yours today! There's a sale you know!
Be sure to take advantage of the 20% off sale through the beginning of the year -- and that's SOON!
Thanks for stopping by today. You can find more of my projects at Joy in a JAR on Facebook, @joy_in_a_jar on Instagram, and on my blog!
