Hello, fellow crafters and card makers!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! Brenda here with a "sweet" card featuring the Wreath Building: Ice Cream You Scream Stamp Set!!
I began by stamping some of the ice cream cones in the Wreath Building: Ice Cream You Scream Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink using the Stampwheel. The Stampwheel is a must-have for the wreath building sets, in my opinion. I colored the ice cream cones with colored pencils, then added highlights with a white gel pen. The panel was die-cut with the smallest die in the A2 Rectangle Layering Die Set.
A panel of pink cardstock was die-cut with the second smallest die in the A2 Rectangle Layering Die set and the ice cream panel was adhered to it with liquid glue. It was then adhered to a panel of striped paper from the Plenty of Lines Fabulous Foiling A2 Card Fronts. (These are meant to be foiled, but I just left it black and white.)
The sentiment is also from the Wreath Building: Ice Cream You Scream Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, then cut out with a die in the 2.0" Connected Circles Shaker Creator Die Set. I also die-cut a circle of pink cardstock using the same die set. They were adhered together with liquid glue, then popped up in the center of the panel with foam tape. Sound Waves Gems add a bit of bing and draw your eye to the sentiment.
I really love these colorful ice cream cones with the graphic black and white stripes!!
