Hello Winter

Ilina here today and it's pretty hot here in Georgia! So to cool you down a little I am sharing a super fun winter card featuring the new Snow Drifts Paper Glitz along with Joyeux Noel set and the Arctic Winter stencil. Also I am featuring some partial die cutting for my focal point. 

To make the card I started by securing my stencil to a piece of Cosmic Blue card stock and applying the Snow Drifts Paper Glitz, once done I removed the stencil and set the panel aside to dry.

While the panel was drying I stamped the sentiment/image in blue ink on white card stock. Using my MISTI I stamped with versamark on top and embossed using Sparkle embossing powder. I stamped couple more times and embossed to get more dimensional look on my sentiment. Once done,  I used the larger circle from the Scalloped Frames Slim Line Die Cutting system and cut the top part (partial die cutting), then using my scissors I fussy cut the rest along the skates. 

 Using foam tape I adhered it to my panel To finish it off I adhered the panel using craft foam to a top folding white note card.
