Hello, everyone! It´s Silvana here. Welcome to the PFS blog. Today I´m sharing a square shaker card made with the new 3.0" Connected Squares Shaker Creator Die.
This card has a lot of interesting techniques. I started by making the background with alcohol inks. I used the Tim Holtz inks on a 5x7" Ranger white yupo paper. I used Sunset Orange, Laguna and Purple Twilight colors.
After the inks was set and dry I cut the panel in a 5x5 piece. I used my Misti to help me stamp. Then I added a generous amount of antiestatic powder and stamped the flower bouquet from the Million Little Things stamp with Versamark ink. I put white embossing powder and heat embossed it. I repeated the process in the opposite corner of the paper.
After that, I positioned the 3.0" Connected Squares Shaker Creator Die in the middle of the square and cut.
I created a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2" card base, and glued the inner square in the middle . I created the shaker window with the Shaker Sheets and the other die in the set. I also used some double sided foam tape. I put some Glamorous Embellishments mix on the square glued in the card base and put the square with the window over.
To finish the card I added a sentiment from the Million Little Things stamp set cut with the coordinating die.
I hope you enjoyed this card and inspires you to make your own square shaker.
I leave you all the supplies used with my affiliates links. Thank you so much for your support!
