Hello there! Eugy here, and I'm excited to share this cozy holiday card idea with you all! In this project, I've combined watercolor and hotfoil techniques using products from our latest release.
Creating the background was straightforward! I started by hot foiling a toner panel from the Holiday Treasures toner card fronts set using the Brown Bear toner foil. The negative image that remained was too pretty to discard, so I hot foiled it onto the Toil and Trouble toner cardstock. After trimming it down, I attached it over the first panel using some dimensional double-sided tape.
Next up - I stamped the adorable bear image and brought it to life using our Paper Splatter Watercolors in shades of Liquid Hydrangea Blue, Liquid Bark Brown, Liquid Christmas Red, and Liquid Christmas Green. To tie it all together, I added a fun sentiment from the same stamp set - Beary Christmas to You, which I adore since this set comes with coordinating dies making it easy to cut out sentiments!
