Tutu Girls with Karen Reategui

Tutu Girls with Karen Reategui

Hello friends! Today I’m over Picket Fence Studios Blog sharing these cute cards featuring the Triangle Collage Stencil, BFF Ballerina Friends Stamp and Dies, Peek A Boo Stencil and the Life Changing Blender Brushes.

Let’s begin! For my first card, I stamped one of the ballerinas from the BFF Ballerina Friends Stamp using Picket Fence Studios Black Hybrid Ink and then heat embossed it with WOW! Clear embossing powder. I colored the girl using Copic markers in the shades of teals and die cut it using the matching die.

Additionally, I die cut a white oval and heat embossed the sentiment on top using WOW! Oasis embossing powder. Next, I placed the Peek A Boo Stencil on top of a teal cardstock and applied grey ink using one of the Life Changing Blender Brushes.

Finally, I adhered a white card base at the back of the teal cardstock, which is my background and I also placed on top the white oval, the ballerina and some pearls and this card was finished.

For my second card, I created a shaker card. I started by stamping one of the ballerinas from the BFF Ballerina Friends Stamp using Picket Fence Studios Black Hybrid Ink and then heat embossed it with WOW! Clear embossing powder. I colored the girl using Copic markers in the shades of corals and die cut it using the matching die.

Next, I placed the Triangle Collage Stencil on top of a teal cardstock and run it through my die cutting machine to emboss this panel. I totally loved how it turned out.

Finally, I glued the ballerina onto a white panel, added double sided foam tape strips around the girl, plus iridescent sequins. I closed the window shaker with a piece of acetate and then I placed on top the embossed panel, the sentiment and some hearts.

I love these cards so much! The first one is being displayed at my little daughter’s room. I think I will be able to make lots of wonderful cards using this stamp set of BFF Ballerina Friends Stamp and Dies, I even think of birthday invitations, favor bags and even stamping onto wrapping paper to personalize your gifts. I hope you love these cards and wish a wonderful day my crafty friends!
