Merry Christmas Foiled Impression

Merry Christmas Foiled Impression

Welcome everyone! Mindy here with you today to share a card that would be easy to mass produce this holiday season.

I am using the Merry Christmas Foiled Impression Die that is meant specially for foiling and also comes with an outline to die cut the sentiment out.

I start by foiling my sentiment onto Neenah Solar White card stock with Gold Foil using my Gemini Jr Foil Press and Die Cutting Machine.

Then I ink blended Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Inks over the entire background using my Life Changing Blending Brushes. Since the foiled sentiment resists the ink, I can wipe away the excess with a dry rag.

To add a little more interest to the card, I splatter on clean water and dab with a paper towel. I also add on splatters of White Metallic Ink to give the illusion of snow.

Easy Peasy! This is a great way to mass produce your Christmas cards this year. You can use any kind of color combination or even leave the background white for a clean and simple look.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration.
