Interactive Slider Card

Interactive Slider Card

Hello, crafty friends. Heather Ruwe here with an interactive slider card featuring THIS stamp set…

I stamped, colored, and cut out the cute images from THIS stamp set. I cut THIS patterned paper with THIS die. I cut a slot in the paper with THIS die and stamped a message from the stamp set on a strip of white card stock. I adhered foam tape to the back of the piece along the edges of the slot, leaving the side of the slot open so the strip can be pulled out easily by the recipient. I placed the strip in the channel created with the foam tape and adhered the baby duck to it. I adhered the momma duck to the other end and adhered a grass piece cut with THIS die on top to hide the slider piece.

When the slider piece is pulled, it reveals the sentiment…

I finished off the card by adding a few hearts cut with THIS die and used one to stamp the “pull” message from THIS stamp set on the slider strip. I added THIS on top of the hearts for some shine and THIS to the eyes to make them pop.

I hope this inspires you to create an interactive slider card.

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
