It may not look, at first glance, like the new Fern Picture Frame stamp can be used as a background stamp AND as the focal image on the card but it can!
To create the background, use a piece of gray cardstock and stamp the image repeatedly (I used Simon Says Stamp stone ink). Because the wreath has an open center I made sure that some of the stamping overlapped so that there were branches extending into those open areas (created a more full looking background).
The frame image was stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder to create the main image. I used a greeting from the Today Is All About You stamp set, stamped in black dye ink on a die cut circle using gray cardstock. I popped it up with some foam tape. A few Hero Arts gold pearls were added for accents. The card front was attached to a top folding white card base and this card is done!
